A healthy cheese melt

I love making sandwiches at home. Sometimes it takes more time than just cooking, because of all the preparation of cutting the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, drying the lettuce, etc. But when I'm hungry for a sandwich I will make time. It's so refreshing! This particular sandwich I made today is a cheese melt.

Ingredients I used:
Monterey cheese
Chard instead of lettuce
Roma tomatoes
Red onions
Oroweat buttermilk bread slice

I put everything together, there's really no trick to it. Then put it in a sandwich maker. I also would use a frying pan and toast each side of the bread until cheese melts. Which ever way it will be a good and healthy cheese melt. YUM!
