Do you love fish?

I've been wanting to share my grilled TILAPIA fillets with mini peppers RECIPE for weeks now. So here it is. I hope the picture looks good to you, because it taste awesome! Making it is quick and easy.

What I used:

6 Tilapia fillets
Mini Peppers
5 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of Soy Sauce
1/3 cup of Olive Oil
fresh crushed pepper
fresh ginger

What I did:

Prepare tilapia on the side in a bowl, mix in soy sauce and olive oil, crush pepper, fresh ginger.
Crush and mince your gralic do not add yet.
Heat up your griddle, spray with Pam so that the fish will not stick to the griddle.

Place the tilapia on the griddle. Depending how big your griddle and depending how many tilapia you choose to cook eventually you can fit all the tilapia in one cooking. While all the tilapia is cooking you can add the mini peppers in the mixing bowl you marinated the tilapia in. Then add to the griddle. On the side you can make room to stir fry your minced garlic. And then just put all in one plate, and eat with rice. The kids love this dish! ENJOY!
