Yummy strawberries...

You could never go wrong with a bowl of strawberries! My kids just love snacking on strawberries. According to www.nutritiondata.com
The good: This food is very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Folate and Potassium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C and Manganese.

The bad: A large portion of the calories in this food come from sugars.
 It's good to know such information. Don't you think?

Lastly, putting those strawberries on a nice ceramic bowl makes it look more delicious to have. So find yourself a beautiful handmade decorative bowl and enjoy the  sweet, juicy strawberries... they're in season!
