A month ago I helped throw a baby shower for my sister in law who was giving birth to their second child. As I prepared for the invitation, I did some research on designs and cost comparison. And being a frugal person that I am, I always go with the less spending way. So I made time to take a look at what I have to make an invitation. I saw in my stash many left over envelopes and card making paper. Then I thought, because it's blank, it would be a nice touch to have a silhouette of a mommy and her belly. So I went and googled images, and found nothing to my desire. I decided it's better to draw it myself. And so I did it. And of course, it would take me long hours to draw it on every card. That would have been too crazy to do, so I scanned it. And printed it on every one of the invitation. And this is my very own drawing of a "mommy and her belly". I hope you like it.
It was a fun way of making a baby shower invitation this way. I would love to share it would you. If you're interested in using it, just click on the image and copy. The only favor I ask is that you would leave a comment and give some "shout-out"! Thanks!
