This is the outcome of my summer sewing project this year, a new hair accessory! It's inspired from fascinator hats back in spring 2011 during the Royal wedding of Prince William and Kate. This hair dress has a "duck" clip attached. It's light weight, and it stays flat on the head. You can easily attach it to a regular hair band or wear it by itself. I have more design at my etsy
